Our Vision

Creating Confident Children
Mission Statement
At The Wallace High School Preparatory Department, our mission is clear: to Create Confident Children, who are prepared to thrive both academically and personally.
Guided by our CORE values—Commitment, Opportunity, Respect, and Excellence—we integrate these principles seamlessly into the Northern Ireland Curriculum. Through strong partnerships with children, parents/carers, and the wider school community, we strive to provide every child with the opportunity to reach their full potential within a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
With small class sizes, outstanding teaching, exceptional learning support, and a curriculum tailored to individual needs, we are committed to fostering confident, motivated, and ambitious learners. Pastoral care and mutual respect are at the heart of our ethos, forming the foundation of our inclusive and caring school culture.
“The needs of the children are accorded paramount importance, and the holistic approach by the staff to the children’s development meets their personal, social and emotional needs well.”
