Wrap Around Care

At the Wallace Preparatory Department, we offer a comprehensive wraparound care service designed to support busy families. We understand the importance of providing children with a consistent, safe, and familiar environment throughout the day, giving parents peace of mind during working hours.

Our Breakfast Club is open to all Prep pupils and takes place in the Wallace High School Dining Hall. Children can be dropped off from 8:00am, where they’ll enjoy a choice of cereals and toast in a relaxed setting. At 8:45am, pupils are safely accompanied to the Preparatory Department to begin their school day.

After School Club offers flexible childcare in the afternoon, whether you need regular support or occasional bookings. A varied timetable includes arts and crafts, construction toys, educational games, computer access, library time, and outdoor play. For older pupils, there’s also the option to begin homework, should parents wish. Our aim is to provide a warm, engaging space where children can relax, create, and continue learning after the school day ends.
